Toshiba Satellite Pro A200 and Satellite Pro A210 Notebook Introduced
Yesterday Toshiba launched two new notebooks in the American market. The new Satellite Pro A200 and Satellite Pro A210 are claimed to be business essential and affordable notebooks.
The Satellite Pro A210 series includes features such as AMD Turion 64 X2 or AMD Athlon dual core processors, including the AMD M690V chipset and Atheros 802.11b/g wireless capabilities. Moreover the notebooks are configurable and include ConfigFree technology.
The Satellite Pro A200 and Satellite Pro A210 series are equipped with a 15.4-inch diagonal widescreen display with TruBrite Technology. This technology offers sharp and clear visual experience.
Also the new series notebooks offer essential applications such as antivirus software and Microsoft Office 2007. Additionally, DVD SuperMulti optical drive is also included in both the models.
Jeff Barney, vice president of marketing, Digital Products Division, Toshiba America Information Systems, Inc. said, “Toshiba is broadening its portfolio of business notebooks by re-launching the Satellite Pro brand.”
He added, “The new Satellite Pro A200 and Satellite Pro A210 series provide business users with a mobile solution delivering all the essential features they need, including fundamental performance and connectivity, at an economical price point. The Satellite Pro series is also Toshiba’s first line of business notebooks to feature configurations with AMD dual core processors2.”
The Satellite Pro A200 and Satellite Pro A210 are now available in the US market at prices ranging from $699 (approx Rs. 27,690) to $999 (approx Rs. 39,570).
