Cambridge SoundWorks i765 Radio Unveiled

Cambridge SoundWorks has introduced the SoundWorks i765 to expand the award-winning SoundWorks Radio line.
Compatible with iPod Nano, iPod Touch and iPod Classic, i765 iPod docking station also offers complete audio/video entertainment, with a built-in DVD player, CD player, radio, and more.
This compact and versatile gadget has the ability to work as a main entertainment system and can be placed in the bedroom, kitchen or living room.
“We drew inspiration for the SoundWorks i765 from our great-sounding Cambridge SoundWorks radios,” said Rob Mainiero, general manager of Cambridge SoundWorks. “Then we added in an integrated iPod dock and a DVD/CD player with video-out capability, creating a compact music system with all the features of a top-of-the line digital entertainment system.”
Featuring two high-performance drivers combined with a built-in powered subwoofer, it delivers deep bass response at all output levels. It also provides a large LCD display that ensures iPod song identification. A Wi-Fi remote controller can control both iPod navigation as well as the functions of the docking station.
Cambridge SoundWorks also allows the i765 to charge an iPod while the player is docked into the system.
You can also hook it up to a TV with a composite or S-video input. It also plays audio CDs and MP3/WMA files on writable CDs and DVDs. Furthermore, it also works as a fully digital AM/FM radio tuner and boasts dual alarms to enable wake-up to either iPod, CD or a favorite radio station.
Cambridge SoundWorks i765 Radio carries a price tag of $499.95 (approx. Rs. 20,000) and is available at selected Apple Retail stores and on the company’s official website.
