Sony has unveiled its HD videoconferencing system, the PCS-HG90, latest addition to Sony’s IPELA range of IP-based products.
The IPELA PCS-HG90 delivers a 1280 x 720 at 60P and maximum video transfer rates of 8Mb/s over an IP network. The PCS-HG90 with a 3CCD camera can deliver and demonstrate realistic and life-like images on large-screen HD displays and projections.
The PCS-HG90 also supports HD video compression formats of 1080 x 50/60i from professional cameras. The HD camera integrates three 1/3-inch type HD CCD sensors for exceptional picture quality with high resolution. It also delivers accurate color reproduction even in low lightening conditions. The PCS-HG90 features clear and natural-sounding audio, frequency range up to 22 kHz using MPEG-4AAC and with AUX audio inputs supports up to 44 kHz.
