Nextar NXBT-001 and NXBT-002 solar Bluetooth car kits introduced
Several eco-friendly devices have been surfacing these days, the next to join the league are Nextar NXBT-001 and NXBT-002 solar Bluetooth car kits. This combination of Bluetooth technology and solar energy offers hands-free usage of phone while you are driving and the Bluetooth 2.0 technology provides makes it hands-free capable up to 30-feet. Nextar will showcase it at the 2009 CES.
Engineered with Bluetooth v2.0 class 2 technology, these solar car kits feature auto Bluetooth connection, DSP for echo canceling and noise reduction, pick up/off calling, voice calling, last calling, full duplex and mute functions.
Measuring 3.7-inch x 2.12-inch x 0.4-inche, the NXBT-001 offers LED signal display, supports profiles A2DP and AVRCP, standby time of 250 hours and talk time of 10 hours. The NXBT-002 additionally features caller name and ID display, super-bright LCM screen, standby time of 150 hours, talk time of 6 hours and measures 4.09-inch x 2.16-inch x 0.6-inch. Accessories included with both are a car adapter and bracket.
The Nextar NXBT-001 and NXBT-002 solar Bluetooth car kits are expected to be priced at $59.99 and $69.99 respectively. They will be available in US through leading retailers in Spring 2009.
