Microsoft introduced a new edition of the Xbox 360 game console called the Xbox 360 Arcade in India yesterday. This console features five games, a wireless controller, storage of 256MB and HDMI connection for a high definition gaming experience.

The Xbox 360 Arcade offers games like UNO, Pac Man Championship edition, Feeding Frenzy, Luxor 2 and Boom Boom Rocket. These all-time favorites can be played on the Xbox 360 Arcade with the whole family. Along with games, the Xbox 360 Arcade lets customers watch movies, share photos and even play music. The new gaming console is a complete entertainment package offered by Microsoft to its Indian gaming fans.

It defines complete entertainment and allows users to access the best online entertainment content on Xbox Live, a service that enables one to play and chat with friends and families in any part of the world. With the Xbox Live enabled in the Xbox 360 Arcade, users can chat with anyone, anywhere in the world. Xbox Live is also the doorway to online entertainment which can be enjoyed by the entire family. There is a whole array of high-definition fun content to avail of, something for every member of the household. Gamers can also choose from over 200 games from the next-generation library.

According to Microsoft, the Xbox 360 Arcade is the first in the gaming arena to capture users via an Online conference on the same day as the official release. Xbox 360 Arcade fans can also be part of the entertainment at the BLU O bowling destination located in Gurgaon and at Zapak gameplexes across India.

The Xbox 360 Arcade is available in India for a retail price of Rs.16, 990.
