Claiming to embody a blend of aesthetics and performance, the Dell S Series monitors have been launched in India. Included in the lineup are the 27-inch S2740L, the 24-inch S2440L, the 23-inch S2340L and the 21.5-inch S2240L/M HD displays.
First to enter is the S2740L with a wide full HD display rendering visuals in a resolution of 1920 × 1080p. The screen employs In-plane switching panel technology and delivers a 178-degree wide viewing angle both horizontally and vertically. Additionally, the device includes ports for HDMI, USB, VGA and DVI-D to expand its usability.
Next to come forth is the S2440L that is also a full HD monitor proffering images in a resolution of 1920 × 1080p. Integrated with Vertical alignment panel technology, it provides a 178-degree horizontal and vertical viewing angle like the aforementioned device.

The S2340L brings users a 23-inch wide LED backlit screen with full HD capability and is capable of displaying visuals in a resolution of 1920 × 1080p. The S2240L monitor streams pictures in the same resolution, while both these gadgets are equipped with In-plane switching panel technology and provide a 178-degree viewing angle. All the Dell monitors mentioned above arrive with LED backlight to deliver improved performance.
The official price in India of the Dell S Series monitors is yet to be announced. A release date hasn’t been mentioned either.
