Epson EB-9 series business projectors march into India

After launching the EB-G5000 series earlier this month, Epson has now announced the EB-9 series business projectors. The EB-9 series is inclusive of Epson EB-95, EB-96W, EB-905, EB-915W and EB-925 business projectors which have network capabilities like Ethernet and wireless LAN connection.
The brightness range of these projectors is between 2,600 and 3,500 lumens while allowing projection of clear images in bright lighting conditions. The 3LCD technology helps eliminating the rainbow effect and projects images with precision using red, green and blue color panels. The compact E-TORL lamp reduces energy consumption and has a lifespan of up to 6000 hours.
“With a host of advanced features, the Epson EB-9 series is ideal for school and corporate users who require great flexibility and value for money. Moreover, the series comes with five different models, giving users the option to pay only for the features they need,” commented Samba Moorthy, Division Head – Sales & Marketing, Epson India Pvt Ltd.
The manual horizontal keystone and adjustable foot of the Epson EB-9 business projectors can be used to display images even if it is not placed in the centre. They employ a 1.6x zoom lens to enlarge images and come with a frontal exhaust as opposed to side vents. Apart from LAN connections they allow wireless projection through a USB module.
These projectors support USB connection which allows users to connect them directly to a desktop, Mac or Epson document cameras. Also, they come with 16 watts built-in speaker and a microphone for clear audio output. The Easy MP monitor software and multi screen display feature projects images on multiple monitors and allow connecting up to four projectors to a single system.
The Epson EB-95, EB-96W, EB-905, EB-915W and EB-925 business projectors are priced at Rs. 58,200, Rs. 64,000, Rs. 77,100, Rs. 81,400 and Rs. 87,300, respectively.
