Well, Atmel has now revealed that Samsung has selected Atmel maXTouch solution to power the coveted device. Powered with Android 2.2, the device boasts of interesting features like web-browsing, advanced multimedia features, mobile email, and voice and video calling.

Owners can seamlessly access several apps available in the Android Market. The device comes equipped with a powerful 1GHz processor and a vibrant 7-inch touchscreen that is augmented with Atmel maXTouch technology. The enthralling device is currently sold by Vodafone and is anticipated to be offered by Verizon, Sprint, T-Mobile and AT&T in the US over the next few months.
