BenQ introduces MK2442 LCD TV

BenQ MK2442 LCD TV BenQ has officially announced the MK2442 LCD TV. This LCD TV is a multifunctional model that can double as a PC monitor. The 23.6-inch MK2442 is a slim-screen TV that offers enhanced performance at an affordable price.

The LCD claims to meet the dynamic consumer needs. This product has been launched to target the developing markets of Eastern Europe. The company also plans to introduce the product in the developed markets like Spain, Italy and Nordic.

This BenQ LCD TV features 5ms response time and full high definition 1920 x 1080 pixel resolution. The TV has been designed to offer users a pure 1080p 24Hz signal. The Senseye Human Vision Technology enhances the color, quality and contrast of the video content. This technology mimics the human eye and smoothes out the images through motion optimization to produce deeper, richer and more detailed images.

The Auto Contrast Enhancement of 10,000:1 automatically adjusts the contrast levels by adjusting the backlight for unprecedented black levels. The MK2442 includes HDMI 1.3 interface that translates uncompressed signals into the highest quality available.

The BenQ MK2442 LCD TV will be made available from August 20, in major countries like Germany, Spain, Italy, Finland, Norway, Denmark, Sweden, the Czech Republic, Romania, Poland and Russia. The pricing details of this TV are still unknown.
