Sony S, X and V Series digital photo frames unveiled
To keep up with the ever increasing popularity of the digital photo frames, Sony has introduced an array of HD digital frames in the form of its S, X and V Series.
You can now view your HD quality images on Sony’s S-Frame range of digital photo frames. Along with quality viewing it packs in some fun-filled, easy-to-use features. Choose among frame sizes from 7-inch to 10-inch. Connect it to a PC or digital camera for easy and instant transfer of images. They come with auto-orientation sensor that displays the image in correct orientation depending upon how you place it.
The X-Series frames come with an extra-large 2GB memory and can store up to 4,000 photos. The top range X-Series frames equip the newly developed Super Photo LCD panel that offers high contrast and reduces glare. The Jet black feature increases viewing efficiency even in bright conditions.
Both X- and V-Series digital photo frames feature BIONZ imaging processor for vivid color and natural tones and details, easily accommodates large image files. Without the need for a PC, Exposure correction instantly fixes all problems like Red-eye, soft focus, skin blemishes etc. The frames also offer a wide range of slideshows, clock, calendar, slideshow with date of photo, scrapbook and you can create a calendar using your favorite photo.
With the X- and V-Series you can easily locate any particular picture and while copying a folder of pictures, the name of the folder is retained which adds to the convenience. The auto-dimmer for X- and V-Series adjusts the brightness depending upon the lighting conditions and it also lets you select switch-off time. They can be connected to any HD Television.
The Sony S-Frame digital photo frames will be available from April 2009.
