Asus VK266H LCD Monitor Released in India
Asus has rolled out its 25.5-inch VK266H LCD monitor in India.
It integrates ASUS’ exclusive Splendid Video Intelligence Technology that examines the video content minutely and automatically optimizes image quality for the best visual results.
The Asus VK266H features five video preset modes Theater, Game, Scenery, Night View and Standard; and three skin tone selections that includes Natural, Reddish and Yellowish to fine-tune monitor’s operation.
Ideal for gaming and watching movies, the 25.5-inch widescreen Asus VK266H features Full HD 1080p video playback capability via an HDMI input, WUXGA 1920×1200 resolution, 300 cd/m2 brightness, ASUS Smart Contrast Ratio (ASCR) technology for a high 20000:1 contrast ratio, Trace Free technology to deliver 2 ms (gray-to-gray) response time and Aspect Control technology to offer 4:3 images without distortion.
Other than that, the LCD monitor also comes bundled with a swivel 2.0 megapixel webcam and Smart EV (Exposure Value) Control technology for high quality and convenient real-time video communications. It also incorporates 3 W x 2 stereo, RMS speakers and earphone jack for unmatched audio experience.

In addition, the VK266H incorporates DCDi technology that improves the image quality of fast motion footage through deinterlacing and anti-aliasing, Component video input (YPbPr) and an S/PDIF digital audio output.
Backed by a three-year warranty, the Asus VK266H LCD monitor is priced at Rs. 26,250.
