Sharp launches TL-M4600 and TL-M5200 Professional HD LCD Monitors
With the launch of two new high-definition liquid crystal display monitors, Sharp has announced the expansion of its Profession TL Monitor series. Known as TL-M4600 and TL-M5200, these LCDs complement the existing high-end PN Monitor series. The TL-M4600 has a screen size of 46-inch (45.9-inch diagonal), whereas the TL-M5200 comes with a 52-inch display size (52.03-inch diagonal).
Talking about the USP of the latest additions, they boast to have a slim profile and incorporate LAN Control for Networked Capability. The latest monitor line delivers a full 1920×1080 2 megapixel high-definition (HD) resolution that promises accurate and precise image reproduction.
Developed for teleconferencing, CAD/simulation, digital signage, corporate, educational, training, hospitality, sports arenas, entertainment and house-of-worship, both the monitors features a new thin, lightweight cabinet design for easy installation, RJ-45 LAN Control for increased network connectivity, a unique fanless design and backlight system for optimized internal cooling.
Elaborating on the TL series of monitors, Dan Wynne – senior director of marketing, Professional Display Division, Sharp Information and Imaging Company of America, mentioned, “The large-format display market continues to evolve, with increased needs for advanced functionality and connectivity in a reasonably priced package. With the addition of this affordable monitor series, Sharp will reach a broader audience while offering superior image quality and improved compatibility, for reliability in a wider range of commercial applications.”
The TL monitor line comes equipped with Sharp’s proprietary Advanced Super View (ASV) panel that offers stellar picture quality in regards to fast-moving video, under 6ms of response time, high brightness and wide 176 degree viewing angles. In addition, it also maintains exceptionally low power consumption. The company’s enhanced signal processing technology takes care of high image quality and color accuracy.
Don’t worry about the performance as 1500:1 (TL-M4600) and 2000:1 (TL-M5200) contrast ratios are present in the projector, providing distinguished details when viewing darker content.
Sharp’s LCD monitors are compatible with a variety of content sources such as DVD, PC, analog and digital (DVI-D), thanks to a wide range of input connectors. The other specifications include an HDCP compatible HDMI input, an integrated Web browser and an optional stereo speaker system.
Complementing the PN series, the latest TL-M4600 and TL-M5200 come in landscape and portrait modes that provides unparalleled image for a professional presentation.
