Parrot Digital Photo Frame Designed by Andree Putman

Parrot, well-known for its wireless mobile telephony devices, has joined hands with French designer Andrée Putman to unveil a sophisticated digital photo frame.
The lady behind the beautiful artistry has given a black and white contrast tone to the latest designer digital photo frame. The display product molds pure and sober design along with a subtle play of transparency.
“I would like to pay tribute to Parrot for daring to think that this wonder of technology could be coiled up inside a beautiful wrapping. Storage fans will be the most vulnerable to the charms of this object, which will overcome any problems of arranging photo souvenirs,” commented Andrée Putman.
By using the Bluetooth technology consumers can quickly and easily transfer their most preferred pictures from their mobile phones onto the Parrot digital frame directly. This certainly informs us that there is no usage of wires. In addition, they can even transfer images from multiple connectivity options, including an SD card and a mini USB cable. With this, they can upload their memorable moments, regardless of the source.
It also has a special interface to organize photos intuitively and maintain the picture quality. The basic features of Parrot’s digital photo frame are the LCD screen with a 15cm diagonal measurement, up to 262 144 shades of color for bright, internal memory of 400 photos and customized light setting with slideshows.
“Here at Parrot, we have always put design in the limelight. The Parrot frame by Andrée Putman is the first in a series of artistic dedications for our range of wireless audiovisual products,” explained Henri Seydoux, CEO and founder of Parrot.
Parrot makes the photo frame user-friendly, thanks to the automatic rotation and resizing option for the photos. It adjusts the images according to the screen. As you turn the screen horizontally, the images shift to landscape.
The Parrot digital photo frame by Andrée Putman is scheduled to launch across Europe and Asia by this June for a suggested price of 299 Euros / £249.99 (approx. Rs. 9,960).
