Fujifilm FinePix F80EXR and HS10 digital cameras launched across India
Fujifilm India has followed up the release of eight new digital cameras with the FinePix F80EXR compact and FinePix HS10 long zoom cameras. The former is cited to be an improvisation over the previously launched FinePix F70EXR, while the latter features 30x optical zoom.
The F80EXR has a 12MP Super CCD EXR sensor and sports a 3” high contrast LCD that can be viewed at 160º vertically or horizontally. It’s Face Recognition technology is capable of auto-identifying up to eight people whose faces and names have been pre-programmed into the camera. The Auto Picture Rotation attribute rotates a picture taken in landscape or portrait mode according to the viewer’s position in front of the screen or PC.
“Fujifilm is the undisputed leader when it comes to innovation. Time and again we have been introducing features and products that are world’s first. Be it the dog/cat detection feature for pet lovers in the F80EXR model or the 30x optical zoom in the HS10 model, we intend bringing the latest to the fore for our discerning customers,” affirmed Kenichi Tanaka, Managing Director, Fujiflm India.
Other integrated technologies encompass Scene Mode settings including ‘Cat’ and ‘Dog’, HD video capture, Super Intelligent Flash, Film Modes, Pro Low-light Mode, Tracking AF, EXR Priority Modes and EXR Auto Modes, Dual Image Stabilization and Pet Detection. For those who fancy underwater photography, there’s an optional waterproof case and underwater mode.
The 30x optical zoom FinePix HS10 has a manual zoom mechanism, full HD movie capture and several advanced photographic features. It delivers the performance of an SLR camera in a form factor that’s not too bulky and is part of the company’s big zoom ‘bridge’ cameras that packs in 24-720mm (30x) zoom lens with enhanced photographic controls and SLR-like handling in a compact unit.
The pricing details of the Fujifilm FinePix F80EXR and HS10 digital cameras are foggy for now.
