Flaunting a lustrous glossy black finish, the newest entrants come along with the tilt-adjustable floating display precisely resting on a slim V-shape sturdy stand. Crafted with eye-catchy attributes, this new all-in-one Vaio L series adorns a 24-inch full HD Vaio display plus screen with LED backlight.
Owners can immerse themselves in their most liked multimedia content since the offerings boast of advanced clarity and contrast. The navigation experience is leveraged with the full-frame multi-touch screen. Users can easily open and scroll files as well as zoom and rotate images with intuitive fingertip gestures. The screen is bounded by a touch sensitive ‘Edge Access’ that puts forth seamless access to various key functions without using the mouse.
Further, individuals can tap the Vaio logo which is positioned on the top corner of the bezel to access the media gallery and enjoy their music collection, movies along with images. In addition, other touch sensitive controls on the bezel will enable users to navigate or zoom documents and web pages, swap between on-screen windows, open an on-screen virtual keyboard or view a handy operation guide without any worries.
The illuminated Sony logo on the bezel effortlessly dims with a single touch. Powered by the Intel Core i7 or i5 processors, the latest Vaio L series renders an enhanced user experience with distinct functionalities. Besides Nvidia graphics with DX11 support, the solutions come equipped with a Blu-ray Disc writer depending on the configuration which helps users create, edit and save HD content with around 50GB of storage space on a single Blu-ray Disc.
The audio quality is uplifted with S-Force Front Surround 3D technology while the incorporated HD web camera driven by Exmor offers sharp and detailed HD images. Apart from all this, the units include dedicated Web and Assist buttons. Fitted with an HDMI port, the devices feature Bluetooth 3.0 and SuperSpeed USB 3.0 capabilities.
The Vaio L series multimedia PCs are expected to hit stores by the end of March 2011.
