The latest Essentio CS5110 is a Mini PC, bundling a discrete graphics card, has been unveiled by Asus, claiming to be the world’s smallest Desktop PC. It is an ideal device for high definition movies and a smooth gaming experience.

Asus’ CS5110 features HDMI display output and supports HDMI-equipped TV or monitor to flawlessly transfer the digital video and digital audio. It also works accurately with S/PIDF-output and 7.1 Sound output. Connect to the 7.1 speakers or audio devices and enjoy a vivid surround-sound performance. The device incorporates the world’s first 2-in-1 thermal module that insulates heat from the cooling fan, delivering the fastest and most quiet heat dissipation system.

Housed in a black finish, the CS5110 boasts to have an operation noise level at 23.9dB at idle mode. Furthermore, it is packed with an 802.11n wireless standard with transmission rates of 300Mbps, built-in Bluetooth to support Bluetooth devices like laptops, mobile phones, PDA and head/ear phones.

Powered by Intel Core2 Duo/Pentium Dual-Core/Pentium 4/Celeron D, the latest mini computer can integrate hard drive ranging from 250GB to 1TB, up to 4GB RAM, Windows Vista Premium operating system and either a slim slot-in Blu-ray SuperMulti or DVD SuperMulti disk drive.

Asus has not announced the cost and the release date of the Essentio CS5110 mini PC.
