HP Pavilion Elite m9000 Series of Sleek Desktop announced in India

Hewlett-Packard India has announced the Indian launch of its new series of Elite Desktops, called the HP Pavilion Elite m9000 in high-definition entertainment. The new release has been developed for the ones who wish to own a multimedia-powerhouse home PC. It is the perfect companion for serious hobbyists, movie buffs and gamers seeking enormous performance capacity and high-definition quality.

This new series of desktops from HP runs on an Intel Core2 Quad processor, Windows Vista Premium and NVIDIA GeForce 8 series graphics card. It also features a first-of-its-kind Dual Format Blue Laser Combo Drive – one single drive which can read both Blu Ray and HD-DVD formats. Additionally, the Elite desktops bundle a LightScribe DVD drive to write on DVD/CD Media.

Furthermore, the HP Pavilion Elite PC is the first Terabyte Home PC in the country with an internal 1000GB (2 x 500GB) hard disk space. It also offers two dedicated bays for the HP Personal Media Drive and HP Pocket Media Drive for further expansion and flexibility.

With jus one simple touch, you can store all your data and important files. The HP Backup ensures the user to choose to backup their internal hard drives to HP Pocket Media Drive, HP Personal Media Drive or your own external storage device, at the touch of the backup button located conveniently in the front. You can also configure your required backup settings and schedule that allows the computer to do the entire data backup by itself.

A high-gloss finished HP Pavilion Elite m9000 PC is accentuated by the signature HP Zen Imprint detailing. The desktops also pack a matching mouse and a wireless keyboard that docks neatly below the blackframed widescreen monitor.

The HP Pavilion Elite m9000 series of sleek desktops consists of three different models in 17-inch monitor size. The HP Pavilion Elite m9060 costs Rs.38,990; the m9070in is priced at Rs.50,990 and the Elite m9090in retails for Rs.74,990.
